Gospel musician explains why he now charges to perform in churches

Gospel musician, Francis Amoh, has explained why he now charges to perform in churches.

The main reason, according to him, is the church’s failure to pay attention to the welfare of gospel musicians over the years.

The musician was asked on the Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM show, about why he has taken the decision to charge churches as a precondition to performing his act and he explained that:

“I used not to charge because I had a lot of relationship with men of God but that isn’t the case anymore. I now charge because I have a band and ministry to take care of. Without money, I can’t manage them…,” he explained.

The musician made it clear that he doesn’t charge his mother church for performances because they pay him monthly allowances and support his craft.
