The nominees for the 3rd edition of the Ghana Music Awards Europe (GMA Europe) have been announced, ahead of the main event scheduled for September 7, 2024, in Amsterdam.

The announcement party, held at La Vila Boutique Hotel in Osu, Accra, was attended by prominent musicians, up-and-coming recording artists, talent managers, critics, media personalities, and other music industry professionals.

The awards aim to celebrate the hard work and artistic achievements of Ghanaian music talents, both in Ghana and those based in Europe.

The 2nd edition of GMA Europe, one of Ghana’s notable music award schemes, took place in Toulouse, France, in September 2023.

The upcoming 3rd edition will be held in Amsterdam on September 7, 2024.

Music legend Amandzeba Nat Brew, highlife star Samuel Owusu, and MUSIGA President Bessa Simons were present at the event and praised the organizers of GMA Europe for their efforts in promoting Ghanaian artists internationally.

Vida Adutwumwaa Boateng, the head of PR for the scheme, reaffirmed the organizers’ commitment to delivering a credible awards show and entertaining patrons with quality performances on September 7.
