The Member of Parliament for Tano North, Dr. Gideon Boako, has embarked on a day-long stakeholder engagement tour across various communities within the constituency.
The engagement, which forms part of his ongoing efforts to interact directly with constituents, is aimed at addressing their concerns and discussing development priorities for the area.
The tour began at 6:30 am in Boaso and will see Dr. Boako visit a total of twelve communities and institutions before the day ends.
His itinerary includes scheduled stops at Akokoammon (7:30 am), BKK Town (8:30 am), BKK Clinic (9:30 am), and the Municipal Assembly (10:30 am). During these visits, he is expected to meet with community leaders, residents, and workers to listen to their challenges and share updates on government policies and interventions.
By midday, the MP will head to the Nkwanta Fitting Shop at 12:30 pm, followed by community engagements in Bafokrom (3:00 pm), Mankran (4:00 pm), and Sukuumu (5:00 pm).
His evening schedule includes stops at Subriso (6:00 pm), Krofrom (7:00 pm), and the day’s activities will conclude with an address at the Adrobaa Information Centre at 8:00 pm.
Dr. Boako is expected to touch on critical issues such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and employment during his engagements.
His office has described the tour as an important platform for strengthening ties between leadership and the grassroots, while also promoting participatory governance in Tano North. The tour, they added, serves as a vital feedback mechanism to ensure the constituency’s developmental needs are effectively addressed.
