Ghanaian Musician Lord Morgan shot in Afienya

Ghanaian afrobeats and dancehall artiste, Lord Morgan, has been injured after a shooting incident at a concert in Afienya in the Greater Accra Region.

Lord Morgan, a native of Afienya where he was shot, had reportedly received phone calls from unknown persons threatening him a day before the event in Afiennya.

In spite of the threats, however, Lord Morgan made an appearance at the event as a sign of good fate but shortly after his performance, a shooting incident took place and he was hurt in the foot.

The event, according to the musician was supposed to be the launch of a community radio in the town.

Local reports say he is currently receiving treatments at a local health facility.

Lord Morgan is signed to greater David hallmark which is managed by Mr Logic.

He’s done collaborations with Jupiter, choirmaster, Screw Face, Tiwa Savage, and many others.

Lord Morgan won the overall artist of the year in the 2018 Ghana Music and film awards in GA Adangme and Ewe.
