The running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is optimistic that Ghana will prosper in the hands of him and the flagbearer, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia should they vote for them.
NAPO as he is popularly known said at the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Lagos Town, Takoradi on Saturday when he joined the 50th anniversary celebration.
According to him, the NPP chose it is possible as its campaign slogan because they believe that with God, they can cruise to victory to address the needs of Ghanaians.
Drawing biblical inspiration, Dr. Opoku Prempeh continued that it is God who chooses leaders, adding when the righteous leads the nation, the people prosper.
“Dr. Bawumia and I will make the country prosperous and put her in the safest pair of hands,” he added.
Napo also called on the leadership of the church to continue to pray for them, teach them and guide them just as they go into the 2024 elections.
