We believe that the perennial shortage of pipe borne water in the dry season and the nagging chronic water shortages due to outmoded and deffective gadgets. Please do well to link all new residential areas with pipe-borne water because people contract a lot of dangerous water-borne diseases when they drink from untreated and unhygienic sources.
