Nigerian Afro-beats artiste, born Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has revealed he enjoys being a Nigerian-Ghanaian based artist even though it is a blessing and curse.
In an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak hitz show, he acknowledged how proud he was as a Nigerian who has access to Ghana and how supportive both countries are in his career.

“It’s a blessing and a curse in the sense that I get love and support from both sides just as I get bashed but at the end of the day, I have to be real if not to anyone to myself“.
Answering the question on whether or not Ghanaian artists are known abroad, he said it was both a ‘yes’ and ‘no’ because the well-promoted ones are known and vice versa, we have good music but it all boils down to how well we promote them”.

“I spend most of my time telling people about the good music of Africa with the least opportunity I get”, he added.
