Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has released a new freestyle video shredding his fellow musician and dancehall act, Shatta Wale, into pieces.
Sarkodie appeared to be addressing Shatta’s claim that he, Sarkodie and Kwaw Kese, are poor musicians who do nothing to motivate the youth ever since they got into the limelight.

But in a quick riposte via the newly released freestyle video, Sarkodie has insisted that Shatta Wale’s brand is yet to get anywhere close to his.
“Colleagues enjoy name tarnishing, whiles your hype vanishing… your chicken change property. If being poor is like me then father I beg just bless me with some poverty. F**k all the bragging, your whole account can’t buy you one tear rubber Vogue,” parts of the Sarkodie’s rap said.

“Stop wearing aluminum [ornaments]. Your brand is not strong enough, stay mute.  The last thing I want is attention. My dream is to bring all the artistes together. I gave you a long rope. 5 years and you’re still scared. This is no beef… Your soul is tormented. If social media makes people trend, no one will feature Mugeez,” the lyrics read.
