GFA announces Frimpong Manso as new Black Starlets Head coach

The Ghana Football Association has announced the restructuring of the technical team for the National Male Under-17 team, the Black Starlets.

As previously announced, experienced CAF License A Coach Stephen Frimpong Manso is the new Head Coach of the team, with Nana Kweku Agyemang and Jacob Nettey being retained as Assistant Coaches.

Kennedy Ofori Ansah has been named the Goalkeepers’ Trainer, with Derrick Laryea as the team’s Video Analyst. The team’s Equipment Officer is Charles Okofo Asenso.

Team Doctor Dr. Kofi Ablorh leads the medical team, with Eric Totimeh as Physiotherapist and Jeremiah Boye as Masseur. The team’s welfare issues will be overseen by Waisu Ali Mohammed, who will serve as Welfare Officer.

It is expected that this technical team will adequately prepare the Black Starlets for upcoming assignments in 2025 and beyond.

The Black Starlets will begin preparations for their assignments with training camps, which will be announced in due course.
