Far from being a fraudster, the campaign team asserts that Mr. Kwamigah is a respected entrepreneur who has played a significant role in Ghana’s gold trade sector. His business dealings, they stress, have always adhered to national and international trade regulations.
“Mr. Kwamigah has built his business empire through legitimate commercial transactions, holding valid licenses and permits issued by Ghana’s regulatory bodies. His track record speaks for itself—integrity, transparency, and good faith in all his dealings,” the statement read.
They insist that his success in the gold sector has been the result of hard work and ethical business practices, not fraudulent activities.

With the Council of State elections being a crucial platform for regional representation, some political analysts believe that false allegations could be a tool used by opponents to weaken strong candidates.
