According to the football administrator, they had forgotten about the controversy surrounding their axing from the group stage and will address the criteria used during the next Congress for a review.

“Our exit from the GHALCA G8 tournament is a little bit controversial but we will discuss the parameters used during congress to address it; it will spark a lot of confusion if we talk about it now. There need to be drastic changes in the laws”, Mr. Gyawu stated.

Admitting his side was a little sloppy in their last group game against Asante Kotoko, Mr. Gyawu further revealed they were yet to arrive at a concrete first team for the season and Africa thus fielding three different teams in all three games.

“We have good materials and are still in the process of building a core team. Asante Kotoko will test the real strength of our side when we play the Super cup on 28th January. We attracted a needless red card in the last encounter and that cost us”.
Mr. George Gyawu also added that Aduana stars have lined up high profile matches with clubs in Togo, Ivory Coast and Benin as part of their strategy to conquer Africa this season.
