Family announce funeral arrangement for late music producer Unda Beatz

Family of renowned Ghanaian music producer Eric Nkrumah, widely known as Unda Beatz, has announced that his burial ceremony will commence on Friday, November 29.

The three-day ceremony will start with a wake-keeping on Friday at the School Kessim Astro Turf in Mankessim.

This will be followed by a burial service on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the same venue. Interment will be at the Ajumako Mando Cemetery.

A thanksgiving service will conclude the ceremonies on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the School Kessim Astro Turf.

Unda Beatz, who passed away at the age of 33, left an indelible mark on the music industry.

He worked with some of Ghana’s biggest music icons, including Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Yaa Pono.

He was the creative force behind Stonebwoy’s hit songs “Top Skanka” and “Sobolo,” the latter winning the 2021 3Music Highlife Song of the Year award.

His extraordinary talent also earned him a nomination for Instrumentalist of the Year at the 2019 Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
