The deceased, Stephen Nii Adjei Botchway, was one of the students writing the ongoing West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) but got involved in the unfortunate incident a fortnight ago.
Stephen was then working as a labourer on a project, Onua FM gathered, that is allegedly owned by the Director of Operations at the Presidency, Lord Commey.
Mr. Commey is said to have pulled down an dilapidated family house and was constructing a three-storey edifice.
