But he claimed a year after the government compulsorily acquired his land for the Authority, he is yet to be compensated even though claims the money has been paid to the BPA.
He noted that though farmers whose farms were affected by the project have received GH¢42,277 as compensation, monies due him as compensation for economic trees affected by the acquisition haven’t still be given to him.
Nnaa Dompeeh Antwi II is therefore lacing his boots to haul the Chief Executive Officer of BPA, Fred Oware, to court for damages.

This is because lawyers of the Carpenter chief believe Mr Owari is keeping monies meant to compensate their client, an allegation Mr Oware has denied.
In a rebuttal on Adom FM’s anti-corruption show, Fabewoso Wednesday, Fred Oware expressed shock at the accusations of the chief.
He explained that on the day compensations were paid to farmers for the destruction of their farm produce, he assured Nana Dompeeh Antwi II that he would be settled when work on the land begins.
