The District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Atwima Kwanwoma constituency, Prince Karikari, has revealed the achievements of the Akufo-Addo government in the area.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s #Ekosiisenconstituencywatch series, he noted that significant progress has been made on road development, with about 80 percent of the roads now complete.
In his view, the district has become a key residential area in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi.
“We are enjoying state-of-the-art roads,” he remarked.
In the health sector, Mr. Karikari said they have built an ambulance bay which is a “major improvement in our healthcare services”.
While acknowledging that there are still some challenges, the DCE said compared to other governments, they have done extremely well.
“There are issues, but we believe that this government has done well,” he stated.
Mr. Karikari therefore challenged the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to present their achievements for comparison.
“We have made massive strides in development in this constituency. Bawumia is committed to delivering for Ghanaians and will not lead them astray” he said.
