Actor and politician John Dumelo has come to the aid of Gabriel Selasie Doe, a visually impaired law student struggling to pay his fees.

Gabriel, who had to sell his laptop to cover part of his GHS 10,400 tuition, reached out to Dumelo through a friend for assistance.

Dumelo not only fully paid the remaining fees but also provided funds for Gabriel to reclaim his laptop.

Sharing the gesture, Dumelo expressed gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference in Gabriel’s academic journey.

This latest act of benevolence forms part of Dumelo’s campaign activities ahead of the December 7 elections.

Known for championing the needs of his constituents, Dumelo has consistently paid fees for several students and provided resources such as laptops and study materials to boarding school students.

His commitment to improving access to education highlights a core aspect of his political campaign.
