I agree with cut-off point in the admission of the pupils into SHS
To be frank teaching at this level is becoming too difficult because of the products admitted into SHS,something must be done about this,at least those who will not make the mark can go to technical or vocational schools we have around

Students are sleeping in the open in some schools. This can’t be described as reducing congestion. May be the minister is refering to class size. What of the dormitries?
Free education is heipful but a cut-off point for admission must be established to control the mass intake.
