Don’t vote ‘skirt and blouse’ – Upper Denkyira NDC Chairman begs supporters

-

The Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Upper Denkyira West Constituency, Boamah Mensah, has called on party supporters to avoid the “skirt and blouse” voting pattern in the upcoming 2024 general elections.

He stressed that such voting, where individuals support the NDC’s presidential candidate but vote for a different parliamentary candidate, could undermine the party’s progress.

In an interview with Adom News’ Mohammed Radiu Dinn Rasko, Mr. Boamah Mensah remarked that the NDC is the only party dedicated to the development of Upper Denkyira West.

He cautioned supporters against being swayed by the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) propaganda and false promises.

Mr. Boamah Mensah urged voters to back both the NDC’s presidential and parliamentary candidates, believing that unity in their votes would ensure a strong and successful government.

He highlighted the importance of the NDC’s accomplishments and asked supporters to focus on these rather than being distracted by political insults.

He also criticized the current NPP government for the economic hardships experienced by the people and urged constituents to vote against the ruling party to bring about change.
