Don’t use appointments to steal our money – A Plus warns Nana’s ministers

Renowned Ghanaian musician and New Patriotic Party activist, Kwame A plus has issued a stern warning to the 110 executives comprising of ministers and their respective deputies of the incumbent NPP government to avoid mishandling of the funds which will be used to develop the country.

The President earlier submitted names of 54 appointees, comprising four Ministers of State and 50 Deputy Ministers, to parliament for consideration, bringing the entire composition of his government, including Ministers who had already been approved, to 110.

But on his facebook post, the controversial celebrity said President Nana Akufo-Addo’s government didn’t come to power to take money from the public purse unlike the previous government.

Hence the reason he is urging the ministers to refuse the appointments if necessary to be given to those who can do the work appropriately if they accepted the role to squander funds from the public purse

Nevertheless, he however added that, the first man in the country is always ready to jail corrupt people irrespective their political stands and functions as such they should call him discreetly to resign of the post if they believe they can’t trust their hands with money.
