News gospel music sensation, Samuel Sey, says it is wrong for secular musicians to sing their songs in the house of God.
According to him, even though some pastors allow secular musicians to perform during their services, he does not think it is a Godly thing to do.

Samuel believes gospel songs are meant to praise and exalt God and not to put the congregants in a worldly state because music, in whatever form, has a way of influencing people.
“If the pastor thinks he has to invite a secular artiste into the church, it’s between him and God but I don’t think secular musicians have to sing their songs in church. I don’t support that even though some pastors think they can convert the musicians through that,” he said in an interview with Adomonline.com.
