Sean “P. Diddy” Combs is preparing to testify in his upcoming federal trial, eager to defend himself against serious charges.
Facing allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, the rap mogul is determined to share his side of the story.
According to Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo, who spoke in TMZ’s upcoming documentary “The Downfall Of Diddy: The Indictment,” Diddy is resolved to present his narrative in court.
“I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand,” Agnifilo told TMZ. “I think he is very eager to tell his story, and I think he will tell every part of his story, including what you see on the video.”
This video, a key piece of evidence, shows Combs allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie, in a Los Angeles hotel hallway back in 2016.
Despite the explicit footage, Diddy wants to address what happened, believing that he can best explain the context and his actions.
The charges against Diddy include orchestrating elaborate sessions known as “freak offs,” where women were allegedly forced into sexual activities with male sex workers for days.
His legal team argues these events were consensual, but the indictment paints a darker picture of coercion and threats.
