CSE saga: Minority Leader attacks Education Minister

-

The Minority Leader in Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu, has said that they (Minority in Parliament) do not find the word and leadership of the Education Minister, Dr Mathew Opoku-Prempeh credible.

He said in the press conference that the Minister’s own teachers have exposed him with page 11 of the teachers resource pack for primary one to six.

“The Minister’s own teachers have exposed him with page 11 of the teachers resource pack for primary one to six, which contradicts the Minister’s assertion in his signed statement that there is no inclusion of the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) in the pack,” he said.

The Minority Leader argued that not only was the choice of age inappropriate for the instruction of the CSE, but also it threatens the moral socialisation of Ghanaian children.
