Following assurance from the Tema West Municipal Health Director, Dr Mercy Obrempong, Tema Polyclinic has begun full services after Covid-19 disinfection.
Part of the facility was, over the weekend, disinfected to nip in the bud possible spread of the virus after a community nurse who visits the facility as part of her routine tested positive to the disease last Friday.
Dr Mercy Obrempong in an interview with Adom News was certain the hospital will provide full services this week amid fears it could be closed down.
A visit to Tema Polyclinic after the disinfection reveals minimal impact of rumour of possible closure due to the case on attendance.
