Senchi court presided over by His Worship; Seth Alafa has adjourned the case involving 65-year-old retired Disease Control Officer, James Yeboah and a Physician Assistant, Simon Takrama.
The two were arrested and charged with murder and abetment respectively for the death of two persons from suspected contaminated injection administered at New Senchi Health Centre within the jurisdiction of the court.
Last month, the two suspects were remanded into prison custody by the court.

However, a Koforidua High court later granted the Physician Assistant, Simon Takrama GHC20,000.00 bail with two sureties.
Suspect James Yeboah who was still in prison custody was absent in court at the last hearing due to ill health .

Early this month, he was also granted bail by a Koforidua High court.
At the Senchi court today, Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Edward Akrofi prayed the court to adjourn the case as they await advice from Attorney General’s office.
