The Ghana Medical Association (GMA) is asking for the establishment of hotlines for the public to report any case of the deadly coronavirus.
“This should include national and regional hotlines linked to incidents management/control centres to facilitate early reporting of any suspected case,” the GMA said in a statement Friday, January 31, 2020.
GMA bemoaned the low level of information flow on the part of the government on the outbreak of the disease which has been declared a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organisation.
