Veteran Ghanaian actor and producer, Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Osofo Dadzie has challenged upcoming actors and actresses to follow their footsteps.
The 92-year old actor who is noted for producing and directing the late 80s and 90s, Osofo Dadzie and Akan drama, ‘Obra’, said this is a sure way of ensuring success in the industry.
“I am the only one left in the Osofo Dadzie group. They don’t come for advise but we are the pioneers. They have to come and see us but they don’t come,” he said.
“They should watch our footsteps and learn from us. That is what will make them progress in the industry. What are they doing now…?” he queried.

According to him, it’s about time the upcoming movie directors and actors tap into the ideas the pacesetters have with regards to their experience in the movie industry.
Osofo Dadzie further described Super OD as a talented actor, who is full of humour and puts other’s needs first before his.
“Super OD was very talented and so funny. He was more than a brother. Love is the most important thing in this world…” he said to Adom TV.
