A mining company, Clean-Jobs Resources Limited formerly known as Clean-Jobs Ghana Limited wishes to bring to the attention of the public, relevant authorities, and all stakeholders the recent unauthorized activities occurring within our mining lease area at Tano-Anwia Forest in the Western region.
As the duly recognized holders of the full Mining Lease for this area, we want to address the following key points:
Authorized Mining Lease: We possess a fully authorized Mining Lease for the Tano-Anwia Forest region, granting us exclusive rights to conduct mining operations within the designated area.
Ongoing Entry Permit Process: We are currently in the process of securing our entry permit from the Forestry Commission, which is a necessary step for us to commence any activities on the lease.
Illegal Encroachment: It has come to our attention that illegal miners have recently encroached upon our lease area. This unauthorized activity poses a serious threat to our operations and the integrity of the forest.
No Authorization Granted: We have not granted permission or authorization to any individual, group, or entity to enter or conduct activities within our lease area. Any such activities undertaken by unauthorized persons are illegal and do not have our endorsement.
Action Taken: In response to this encroachment, we have formally notified the Forestry Commission and requested their immediate intervention to address and remove the illegal miners from our lease area. We are actively collaborating with the Forestry Commission to safeguard our investment and the ecological balance of the forest.
Public Advisory: We urge the public to disregard any claims or representations made by individuals or groups asserting that they have our mandate or authorization to operate within our lease area. Such claims are false and should be treated with the utmost contempt.
Commitment to Protection: We are fully committed to protecting our lease and ensuring that all activities within the area are conducted in compliance with legal and environmental standards. We are working diligently with the Forestry Commission to resolve this issue and prevent future occurrences of illegal mining.
We appreciate the support of the public and relevant authorities as we take necessary measures to address this situation. Our goal remains to operate responsibly and ensure the sustainable management of our mining lease in harmony with environmental conservation efforts.
