According to the report, the Nkosuohene was unlawfully interfering with the day-to-day administration of the school.
Over ten female students at Ejisuman Senior High School had claimed that they were forced by some teachers of the school to stroke their manhoods until they ejaculated as a way of punishment.

The allegations led to some parents calling for a mass transfer of the teachers for what they said were constant harassment of students for sex in exchange for good grades.

The National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) waded into the issue with a defense of the teachers while accusing the chief, Nana Kofi Poku, of frustrating the management of the school.
NAGRAT President, Angel Carbonu told the media that the sex scandal allegation was a result of a cold war between the management of the school and teachers, versus the chief who failed in an attempt to get appointed to the school’s Board.
But while the report by the investigative committee has confirmed some of NAGRAT’s position, it has also found eight teachers guilty of inappropriate sexual advances towards the female students.
