Gospel songstress, Piesie Esther has revealed that she now mentions an amount of money to be paid to her by pastors when they invite her for shows unlike before.
She said on Accra-based Atinka FM’s Entertainment show, Gospel Countdown that in the past anytime pastors invited her to minister at their churches, she was always disappointed with the amount of money involved especially when she had made it clear to the man of God of coming with her entire team.
According to her, she is now bold enough to tell the pastor about the number of people she is coming with for the program which includes the backing vocalists, instrumentalists etc. hence the amount of money involved.
Meanwhile, the gospel musician who has released a number of hit songs like Me Nti Ase, Apae Amame and Ziba Beko has never been awarded at the VGMAs all these years. But she is optimistic that she will pick an award at the impending VGMAs with her latest track Agye Won Nsem.
