Cereno Homes to redefine Housing system in Ghana – Chairman of CBS Group of Companies

-

CBS Group of Companies Chairman, Apostle Dr. Cephas Quarshie, has announced that Cereno Homes is poised to revolutionize the housing system in Ghana through an expansive project catering to diverse sectors.

In a statement to the press, Apostle Quarshie emphasized the company’s dedication to assisting the government in addressing the country’s housing shortage.

Cereno Homes plans to tackle this issue by the construction of affordable and durable houses, apartments hotels, hostels for short and long stays, and ultra-modern holiday destinations for visitors as well.

Apostle Quarshie underscored the pivotal role of housing in driving economic and social development, noting its positive impact on societies worldwide.

However, he lamented that Ghana has long struggled to resolve its housing challenges despite numerous initiatives.

This has resulted in a housing deficit exceeding one million units.

The importance of housing in the economic and social development of a nation cannot be overestimated. Housing is the key element in the generation of economic growth and development. As a result, it has had a strong positive impact on the growth and development of many societies in the world but this is not the case in Ghana. The country has been suffering for many years in trying to solve the housing situation through so many programmes and policies but to no avail. The consequences have resulted in a housing deficit of well over one million houses. It was against this background that we have emerged and are providing solutions, Apostle Quarshie noted.

Cereno Homes aims to address this deficit by offering a range of housing options suitable for various income levels.

Cereno Homes is here to roll out housing policies in the country that accommodate the financial conditions of each and every potential homeowner especially the working class who do not need to burden themselves with contracting loans for housing, he added.

With properties in Accra, Keta (Volta Region), and Tema, the company aims to provide accessible housing solutions tailored to the financial circumstances of potential homeowners, particularly the working class.

By alleviating the need for burdensome loans, Cereno Homes seeks to make homeownership attainable for all.
