Operations manager of Aduana Stars, Mr George Gyawu, is hopeful of a win for his side as they line up against AS Vita club today at the Dormaa Park in the ongoing 2018 CAF Confederations Cup.
Speaking on Asempa FM, the administrator reckons the “Ogya Boys” are yet to win a game in the ongoing competition but says it will happen today to keep their hope of qualifying alive.
“I am very confident we will win today so that we can qualify from our group. Even though football has not been in good shape for some time now, we have remained focused from the beginning and we will go through”, he explained.
Aduana has had a winless run in their opening two games against Asec Mimosas and Raja Casablanca.
They now find themselves at the bottom of the log, three points behind their visitors.
Japanese trainer, Kenichi Yatsuhatsi will be in the dugout hoping for his first win as well after taking over from the former trainer, Yussif Abubakar.
