Black Queens striker Vivian Konadu Adjei joins Turkish club Beşiktaş JK

Ghana Black Queens striker, Vivian Konadu Adjei has officially transferred to Turkish club Beşiktaş JK during the ongoing summer window.

Adjei makes the move from Hungarian side Ferencvárosi Torna Club, aiming to further enhance her career in Turkey.

Prior to her stint in Hungary, Adjei made headlines with Indian club Gokulam Kerala FC, where she delivered an extraordinary 44 goals in just 20 matches.

This remarkable scoring ability was pivotal in securing her move to Beşiktaş JK, underlining her exceptional talent on the pitch.

Adjei began her football journey with Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies in the Ghana Women’s Premier League before moving to Thunder Queens.

During the 2020–21 season, she netted seven goals, drawing attention from international scouts.

In 2021, Adjei earned her first call-up to the Black Queens, where she participated in the Aisha Buhari Cup against Cameroon and the qualifiers for the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.

She made an impactful debut, scoring a vital goal in the 89th minute to seal a 2–0 victory for Ghana.
