Ghanaian artiste Beeztrap KOTM has expressed optimism about his chances of winning the New Artiste of the Year award at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
In an interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, Beeztrap was asked if he saw himself winning the category, to which he confidently responded:
“Oh yeah, of course. If anyone else is going to win, unless by chance. Unless Beeztrap was not nominated,” he said.
He also mentioned other categories he hopes to win at the TGMAs.
“Songwriter of the Year, the New Artiste of the Year for sure, for sure. Sake of last year, then we all we dey here. Let’s talk about the features, let’s talk about the collaborations, let’s talk about the shows, let’s talk about Bad Feelings, Nothing Last Forever with Sarkodie. I think I was the most featured artiste,” he stated in Pidgin English.
In the meantime, Beeztrap KOTM has just released a new song, Bang Bang Bang, featuring Sarkodie and Kwesi Arthur.
