President John Dramani Mahama has urged his ministers and presidential staffers to approach their duties with boldness, courage, and honesty as they confront the pressing challenges facing the nation.

Addressing participants at the launch of a four-day Executive and Ministerial Leadership Retreat in Ada, President Mahama emphasized the importance of integrity and fearless leadership in achieving his administration’s reset agenda.

The retreat, themed “Re-imagining Leadership in a ‘Reset’ Ghana,” is designed to equip government appointees with the mindset and strategies needed to deliver on the President’s renewed vision for national transformation.

“This is a defining moment for our administration,” Mahama said.

“We must be bold in decision-making, courageous in implementation, and truthful in assessing our progress. Ghanaians expect nothing less.”

He reminded the gathering that this is his legacy term, and therefore, all ministers and appointees must align their efforts with the broader national goals to leave a lasting impact.

Mahama also called for frank reflections on the economic realities and stressed the need for collective responsibility in driving Ghana’s development forward.
