President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, yesterday, called on the constituents of Awayaso West Wuogon to support the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate, Lydia Seyram Alhassan, in the by-election slated for Thursday, January 31 2019.
According to the president, the NPP government had done a lot within the last two years of power.
“When we came to power some people said we will amount to nothing, they said I couldn’t do it, that I was a lair but God being so good my competent Bawumia has compiled on paper, 41 accomplished promises made by the NPP in two years. When it comes to education, infrastructure, health, roads and development,” he stated.

The president added that there were still a lot of things his government had to do for the people of Ghana and urged them to continue supporting his party.
“Our government came to change and develop; after the four years, the people of Ghana will know that I, Akufo-Addo, is a man of truth, honesty and integrity. If we’ve been able to accomplish 41 promises in two years then we can do more in the coming years,” he noted.
