The Western Regional Police Command has reiterated its preparedness to find the three girls kidnapped in the regional capital, Takoradi.
According to the Public Relations Officer for the Western Regional Police Command, DSP Olivia Adiku, her outfit has been working hard to get information that will help them get the location of the girls and reunite them with their families.
She, however, noted that, the police have received new leads to help their investigation.

“We are on top of the kidnapping matter and I can assure you that we getting close to capturing more suspects and finding the victims so they can be with their family,” she told host of Adom FM’s Morning Show “Dwaso Nsem” Thursday.
Her comments follow the kidnapping of three girls who were reported missing and suspected to have been kidnapped in the Sekondi/Takoradi metropolis and Effia Kwesimintsim Municipality of the Western Region.
The girls are; Priscilla Blessing Bentum,21, Ruth Love Quayson 18, Priscilla Koranchie 15 years.

Samuel Udoetuk-Wills, a Nigerian suspected to have been involved in the kidnapping of the girls has been arrested and placed in police custody.
But DSP Olivia Adiku said even though the suspect is in police custody, they are yet to get information on the location of the girls.

She assured the families that the police is doing a lot of work behind the scenes to really get to the bottom of this issue.
