Greater Accra Regional Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has hit hard on some men of the gospel including Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah over their doom prophecies, describing them mushroom prophets.
Anthony Nukpenu is urging Ghanaians not to heed to prophecies from such men of God since some of them prophesize for fame and attention.

“We always hear these so-called men of God prophesying death of leaders and other well known figures. If you tell me today that former President Kufour and wife will die this year, I won’t be surprised because we all know they are old. They should just give us a break,” he said.
Anthony Nukpenu was speaking on Adom FM’s Morning Show “Dwaso Nsem”.

Leader and Founder of the Glorious Word Ministry has come under barrage of attacks for what many have described as ‘doom prophecies’ on 31st December, 2018.
He prophesied the death in 2019 of former President John Mahama, Chief Imam, and current Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
The popular man of God asked Ghanaians to pray to avert the death of leaders following what he says is unconfirmed prophecies.
