A former Ashanti Regional Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said the gunman who shot a member and injured another at the Ashanti Regional Headquarters of the NDC on Monday may have been possessed by the devil at the time.
Admitting that the members are party members, Alhaji Sani said nothing can justify the killing of a party member even though he believes there are cracks in the party in the Ashanti region.
