AUDIO: Mahama’s comeback causing fear and panic in NPP – Allotey Jacobs

-

Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Bernard Allotey Jacobs says former President Mahama’s decision to contest the Presidency in the 2020 general polls is causing fear and panic in the NPP.

He says John Mahama’s move is as a result of Ghanaians’ regret for voting the New Patriotic Party (NPP) into power.

“There is fear and panic in NPP over Mahama’s comeback; I feel all that. Some have even started urinating on themselves.  Mahama’s comeback is biblical and nothing can stop that and so the earlier the NPP realizes that, the better. I’m seeing the return of the king, trust me”, he said.

Former President John Dramani Mahama has said that he has reflected on the numerous calls by the party’s teeming supporters and sympathizers and “I have listened to your calls”.

Mahama who has been silent on his intention to contest, recently wrote on his Facebook page: “I want to congratulate the rank & file and executives of our party, the NDC, at all levels for the commitment and work we have put into our reorganization efforts.

“The zeal and determination of the average sympathizer of our great party is greater and miles ahead of what it was after the December 2016 Elections. We need to keep up with the momentum generated and follow the published timelines” he said.
