According to Mr Atubiga, the former President has now become a ‘tin god’ as a result of the incompetence of the Akufo-Addo government.

“Mahama is our god; we worship him; floating voters worship him as well as market women and every Ghanaian. They are all crying for Mahama to win the 2020 elections and so it’s important that we support him”

Mr. Atubiga further stated that he went to prison for Mr Mahama to be President and therefore would support him to go for a second term.
