Brong Ahafo Regional First Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has descended heavily on the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) over their demonstration against the dismissal of the chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Charlotte Osei.
According to Kwame Baffoe known as Abronye DC, the committee did a good job by sacking the EC boss and her two deputies thus the NDC’s protest is needless.
“What don’t the NDC understand? The Committee only recommended and President had to act” he stated.

“He (Nana Addo) did the right thing by asking them to step aside. They are even lucky their protest didn’t come off because I had prepared a barrel full hot water and had planned to pour it on them for staging a protest. They were really lucky, I would have destroyed their bodies” he said.
Charlotte Osei and two deputies – Amadu Sulley and Georgina Opoku Amankwah – from the post following a recommendation by a committee set up by the Chief Justice.
