The founder and leader of True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, is one of the many church leaders in Ghana who are strengthening security in their churches, following terrorist threats on Ghanaian churches.

The prophet who spoke exclusively to adomonline.com on the news of threats from some jihadi groups and what his church was doing by way of ensuring that his church is safe enough for congregants, said he had procured body scanners for screening purposes.

“Personally, I have invested in some security measures to ensure that before you get into our chapel, you go through some scan just to ensure safety,” he explained.

As a result, the prophet has advised members and would-be visitors to his church not to be offended by searches and scans that may be conducted on them by security personnel and ushers because such exercises are geared at ensuring their own safety.

The prophet said he had long prophesied about the unstable security situation in the country and cautioned the nation to be alert.
