General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has denied reports of vote buying in Saturday’s parliamentary primaries.

According to Johnson Asiedu Nketia, such claims are false as the party has measures in place to ensure that such incidents do not happen.

“Such vote buying claims are false. Nothing of that sort happened. In NDC we ensure that matters of vote buying never occur and so Ghanaians should disregard the allegations,” he told Accra based Okay FM, monitored by Adomonline.com.
