Adom FM has, through its morning show, Dwaso Nsem, launched a campaign dubbed My Road, My Vote, aimed at addressing issues concerning the ever-deteriorating roads in Ghana.
The campaign is meant to initiate a comprehensive conversation among the government, road contractors, engineers, consultants, road users and others within the road value chain.

The campaign is expected to find solutions to the menace of bad roads in the country.
As part of the campaign, the Dwaso Nsem team will use the country’s various budget statements and relevant provisions on road as the basis to discuss where roads earmarked for construction over the period have failed to see any facelifts.
Launching the campaign, the Adom FM Dwaso Nsem team said it was not targeted at any particular political party, adding that it will independently verify roads cited in the budget for construction and ensure accurate reportage.

Speaking in an interview on the show, a road safety advocate, Nana Annor Amihere, lauded the campaign, saying such an initiative will help put road contractors in check as well as keep the government on its toes in making sure roads meet the necessary specifications.
