Policy think-tank in honour of late President John Evans Atta Mills is set to hold its maiden seminar on mindset transformation.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute, Mr Koku Anyidoho said the seminar set for July 23, 2019 is part of activities to mark the seventh anniversary of the late president.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, Monday, he said the focus of the seminar is to change the mindset of Ghanaians.
He underscored the need for Ghanaians to take “our destinies into our own hands and not depend on politicians.”

The former deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) bemoaned how the National Commission on Civic Education, tasked to embark on public education to renew the mindset of the citizenry, has been denied the needed funds to work.
The situation, Mr Anyidoho noted, if not addressed will affect the growth of future generations who now rely on politicians for bread and butter.

The Atta Mills Institute, he added, has come to change the status quo and ensure Ghanaians are responsible for their actions.
