Asiedu Nketia embarks on campaign tour in Bono region

-

National Democratic Congress(NDC) Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has begun a seven-day community campaign tour in the Bono region, aiming to secure more votes in the 2024 election.

Asiedu Nketia’s campaign tour kicked off in Dormaa West and Dormaa Central, where he visited chiefs and residents in hard-to-reach areas.

This grassroots approach allows the NDC to understand the unique challenges faced by each community, ensuring targeted solutions when they come into power.

Asiedu Nketia emphasised the importance of connecting with voters directly, saying, they need to go deep down into the communities to know the people’s actual challenges.

He said this strategy demonstrates NDC’s commitment to community-centric governance, he said the campaign tour is crucial for NDC’s bid to win the December polls.

Some of the six communities visited in the two constituencies Dormaa West and Dormaa Central include Krakrom, Kojokumikrom, Kojomokrom, Kakrakrom, Atesikrom, Nsesreso, and Asunsu number one.

He attributed the nation’s current challenges to government mismanagement of the economy.

He urged the people to vote for NDC to tackle pressing issues like cocoa pricing and bad roads that hinder market access.
