Multimedia Group’s Adom Brands made up of Adom TV, Adom FM 106.3, Asempa FM 94.7, and Nhyira FM 104.5, has launched its highly anticipated ‘100 Days to Elections‘ campaign.
The event was launched at the Kokomlemle studio in Accra, with key figures such as A. C. Ohene, Martha Crentsil-Acquah, and host Nana Ampofo Adjei spearheading the launch.
During the launch, News Editor at Adom FM, Kwesi Agyemang, provided an insightful analysis ahead of the December general elections.
He discussed the significant rise in voter turnout since 1992.
The discussion also addressed issues related to rejected ballots and the changes observed over the years.
Head of News and Current Affairs, Martha Crentsil-Acquah, outlined the campaign’s focus on voter education.
Adom Brands will collaborate with the National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) to ensure that Ghanaians are well-informed about the voting process.
The campaign will feature ‘Voters’ Voice’ segments for public opinions and will promote peace through messages from religious leaders and the National Peace Council, who are urging calm and decorum during the elections.
Political party representatives from both National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) have called on their supporters to conduct themselves respectfully.
The Electoral Commission (EC) has assured the public of a transparent and fair electoral process.
Also, reports from various regions will provide insights into voter preparedness and expectations.
