It has become a noticeable pattern that quite a number of contestants in Adom TV’s ‘Wo Nsa Ano Adwuma’ sewing reality show, who win the ‘Butterfly Moment’, end up being evicted the following week.
So, the billion dollar question is, is there a connection between the two-winning and eviction? Is there a mystery behind winning the Butterfly Moment?
It is the tradition of the show that the contestant who brings out the most outstanding design in the previous week is awarded a prize in the current week, for an outstanding display of artistry in sewing. The contestant wins the Butterfly Moment for the week.
Winners so far are Elikem Godwin Klagbo, Mark Arthur, Barimapa (Chris Anokye Amankwah), Rita Offei who has won twice, Dorcas Tane and Bernice Amu.
However, it is worthy to note that a contestant who has won the Butterfly Moment once or twice is not necessarily guaranteed a stay in the competition because Barimapa and Mark Arthur who have won the Best Designer twice have all been evicted.
Fortunately for Barimapa, he was lucky enough to be recalled into the competition.
This week’s evictee, Mark Arthur, won the best designer for last week’s Futuristic Design yet has been evicted.
Interestingly, contestants like Grace, who have never won the Butterfly Moment, are still in the competition.
In other competitions, contestants who excel in a particular category, are usually guaranteed a stay in the competition, but with ‘Wo Nsa Ano Adwuma,’ the rules are different, there is always a mystery to discover.
