After thrilling Ghanaians to seven exciting editions of the Adom Praiz concert, Adom FM is preparing to give music lovers a night of unforgettable music in the eighth edition.
The annual Adom Praiz concert, powered by Adom 106.3FM, has over the years seen some of the world’s biggest music acts give off electrifying performances that have left lasting memories on patrons.
Kirk Franklin, Cece Winans, Israel Houghton, Hezekiah Walker and Brooklyn Tabernacle choir are a few of the endless list of international gospel music greats who have graced the Adom Praiz stage.
The annual concert has not been complete without local maestros – like No Tribe, Cecilia Marfo, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, and Joe Mettle – who have over the years also thrilled the hundreds of thousands of patrons who enjoyed every bit of the concert.
This year, things are getting hotter as Adom Praiz is giving Ghana an all-star African concert.
A carefully selected army of gospel giants has been lined up to also write their Adom Praiz story. They will etch their names in the concert’s history.
Since it is an African celebration, the oragnisers have invited Ghana’s neighbours to be a part of the concert’s history.
Nigerian gospel musician Steve Crown known for the smash hit single, ‘You are Great’ is on the bill this year.
He is the same man behind ‘Imela’, ‘We Wait on You’, ‘All the Glory’ and a host of other classic tunes.
Steve is not new to good music and come October 6 at the Perez Dome, Dzorwulu, there will be an outpouring of years of hard work and success on one stage – the Adom Praiz stage!
Also performing on the night is another Nigerian gospel great, Preye Odede, who hails from Isampou town in Ekeremor LGA in Bayelsa State.
If you have heard ‘Ebezina’ you’ve found your man. With his powerful voice, he has inspired the world with other known tunes such as ‘No other God’, ‘Bulie’, ‘I Am Real’ and many others.
The 2017 Ghana Music Artiste of the Year, Joe Mettle is on the bill this year too! The record-setting talented gospel artiste – who is the first gospel artiste to win Artiste of the Year – never disappoint whenever he is called upon and on October 6, will not be an exception.
With a purely gifted powerful, smooth voice, the ‘Onwanwani’ hit singer is not new to the Adom Praiz stage. He performed at 2014, 2015, 2016 editions and he keeps coming back!
He will be joined by Denzel Prempeh, Francis Adjei, Celestine Donkor and the Multimedia Choir to make the night a memorable one.
Like the organisers will say, “Adom Praiz 2017…it’s going to be an awesome encounter with God! Get ready to Praiz and Worship the Almigty God for his goodness…”
So on Friday, October 6, 2017, at the Perez Dome, Dzorwulu from 7pm till 11pm, Ghanaians will once again be lifting their hands in praise and worship to the Most High God.
