The Assistant Commissioner of Police detained for his alleged involvement in a coup plot, ACP Dr. Benjamin Agordzo has been remanded into BNI custody.
It follows a request by State Prosecutor, ASP Sylvester Asare to have him remanded for further investigations.
The Kaneshie District Court granted the request and has set Friday November 8, 2019 to deliver its ruling on the matter.
